A WELCOME COUPLE
Rhubarb and asparagus. We present these two together as they are both grown by Mr Pardoe of Fiddington near Bridgwater.

The delicate flavour of ASPARAGUS is a delight at this time of year and probably best boiled or steamed and served with a knob of butter. The sharp tang of RHUBARB contrasts well with a sweet crumble topping, or stewed with some sugar and decorated with fresh cream.

MILK MILES
Roger and Hazel Heal´s Midway Dairy at Stoke St Micheal, are just what a local milk producer shoud be. The family members, care for the cows, bottle the milk, make the cream and know all their customers. For more information click on "Producer", "Midway Dairy".
