At a sausage making demonstration at St Benedicts primary school in Glastonbury, one of their many bright pupils suggested this recipe. It was judged to be worthy of inclusion in the Home Farm sausage range and we hope you enjoy it.

The farm at Kingweston is owned by Ashley´s brother, Harvey. They rear Gloucester Old Spot pigs, beef cattle and free range poultry. Some of the poultry comes from a free range poultry producer in Devon. Ashley is responsible for the farm shop and the supply of meat to other farm shops, hotels and restaurants.
